This Coordinator role is hands on and expected to lead, coordinate and monitor the Ranger groups operational service outcomes and performance in accordance with Garngi ranger operational plans and NLC requirements.  It also has a diverse array of key responsibilities and accountabilities across other key function such as: -Stakeholder Relationships Staff ManagementWork Health and Safety  What You Will Bring:You will bring strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities. Your problem-solving expertise, experience in dispute resolution, and community liaison will be essential, along with your demonstrated experience in asset management and basic maintenance of equipment.In addition to this, you will have: -Minimum Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management) or another a relevant field or extensive relevant and equivalent experience.Minimum of two (2) years relevant supervisory experience leading a team.Sound knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal land and sea management issues, and opportunities and constraints affecting Aboriginal people’s involvement.Previous experience in undertaking TO consultations in the development of land and sea management projects, ideally with Aboriginal people.
